A lot of people have real estate licenses and can sell real estate. However, FEW people have the insights to get inside a client’s head and know exactly what they want in a house emotionally, financially and physically. Purchasing and selling a home is one of the most emotional experiences of a person’s lifetime. During the process you became my friend, my financial adviser, and my real estate expert. Quite a tall order! Very few agents would have taken the time or had the patience you did.

From a seller’s experience you sold my house in 18 days for FULL PRICE … what more could I ask? However, the time you took with me to not only prepare my house for sale, to taking absolutely stunning pictures, to researching competitive homes on the market was amazing. My home sold in such a short time because of your preparation, your research, your thoroughness, and your knowledge of the industry.

From a buyer’s perspective, you are one of the most intuitive people I know. Although I had picked many losers for us to look at, you called me up one day and said: “I found your dream house.” Of course, I was skeptical. When I walked into that house, I knew immediately you were right. It had everything I wanted in a home, met virtually all of my nit picky needs, and most importantly, felt right. It satisfied my husband’s desire for horse property, my desire for square footage, and my kid’s desire for location. You negotiated tough and even got it for us at the price we wanted. You handled every detail of closing, and went above and beyond what your responsibilities were.

Many people try to sell their homes on their own. They think that realtor’s fees are high for the service and time they receive. I can honestly say, you were worth EVERY PENNY you received and MORE. If I were to put a price tag on the service you provided and the price I received on my home, you got gypped!

It took me 13 years to decide to sell my house, because I was dreading the experience. You made buying and selling a home fun, profitable, and easier than I would have ever imagined. The words “thank you” seem paltry at this point. My family is happy and I have a beautiful home I love. Isn’t that what the whole process is about?
